'Jonathan!' a small voice trilled, and Clary turned her wondering eyes to see a little girl dashing across the grass. She had red hair, the same shade as Clary's, and it flew out behind her like a banner...

Valentine Morgenstern was a great hero of the war; he died in a battle against Hodge Starkweather, but not before he had saved the Mortal Cup, and the Clave along with it. When Luke married your mother, they honored his memory in the name of their daughter."
A good version of Sebastian/Jonathan has always amazed me. How will he look like if there's no demon blood in his veins? What will be his personality? And then I read COHF. That part was bittersweet. As it turned out, if there's no demon blood in his veins, he could have been a protective brother to Clary and a good son to Jocelyn. Damn demon blood and Valentine. In the end, the root of all evil in the series is not Sebastian, but Valentine. I mean, look at that smile! So not-evil.

Finally, I found someone who understands me! I always had this strange liking (not crushing about their evilness though) to the villains of stories, especially when there was a chance in their past to become good and everything. I wanted to know what it would be like for Clary to have that good, big brother she always wanted. So, being an author, I day-dreamed about scenes and moments about Jonathan without demon blood, and that was when I read the same scene in CoHF. I cried honestly and also cried when he died. 
But then I see other people in the fandom and then they're hating on Jonathan and I'm just like "what? Am I the only one who somewhat likes him?" XD No offense to those people honestly but still...
Anyways, amazing drawing! You sparked a writing idea in me. Keep on being awesome. (And sorry for writing so much, lol).
(Also, DAMN VALENTINE TO HELL!! Even though he already is in hell. XD)
